How a job closes out
01 Award & mobilization
Crew assigned, certifications and COIs issued to the prime, equipment staged against the schedule.
We gather all logs, photos, safety records, and test results into a complete close-out package.
02 Pre-construction
Site walk, existing-condition photos, JHA and locate coordination before anything is touched.
Our team walks the site to confirm workmanship, safety, and spec compliance before handoff.
03 Execution
Daily reports with photos, redlines kept current, deviations raised the day they are found — not at close-out.
We double-check performance data and as-builts so your records match what’s in the field.
04 Close-out
Photos, as-builts, test data and punch resolution formatted to your template, submitted with the final pay app.
You receive a clean, complete close-out package so you can turn up the site.
